In his book ”The Beauty of Kinbaku” (p. 53), Master K list the contributors as including Obinata, Kitoh Akira, Yamada, Oki Shoji and Ishizuka Yoshiyuki.

Not a Photo-book as such, but this copy came with a supplement: an original photo taken by Itoh Seiu himself. I understand there is an earlier book from 1928 with the same title, that did contain images, but I have not been able to find a copy.
